At DecorAI, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund of your subscription payment under the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not used any AI credits during that period

Both conditions must be met for a refund to be approved.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your order or transaction ID
  • The reason for your refund request

We typically respond to refund requests within 1 to 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Paddle: Refunds generally appear within 5 to 10 business days
  • Stripe: Refunds generally appear within 5 to 10 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the initial purchase
  • Accounts where AI credits have already been used
  • Subscription renewal charges
  • Yearly subscription charges after the 48-hour refund period
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Billing settings.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the active billing period.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Important: If you cancel and later resubscribe, your previous locked-in launch pricing may no longer apply. Future subscriptions may be charged at the current pricing available at the time of resubscription.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from properly using the Service, please contact [email protected] before requesting a refund.

Our support team will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible. In certain cases where a technical issue on our side significantly impacts usage, we may provide credits or alternative remedies at our discretion.

Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails because of a technical issue on our end, the credits used for that failed generation will automatically be returned to your account.

Failed generations do not qualify as grounds for a subscription refund.
