1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to DecorAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Creefty LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United States at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

By accessing or using DecorAI at decorai.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DecorAI is an AI-powered design platform that allows users to upload photos of spaces and generate photorealistic redesigns using artificial intelligence.

Our Service includes room redesign, exterior redesign, landscape redesign, virtual staging, video generation, and other AI design tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using DecorAI, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use DecorAI, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

DecorAI offers subscription plans on a monthly and yearly basis. Plan details, including AI credit allocations and features, are described on our pricing page.

Payments are processed securely through Paddle and Stripe. DecorAI does not directly store your payment card information.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice before changes take effect.

Unused AI credits roll over only if your active subscription remains equal to or higher than your previous plan tier.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase, provided no AI credits have been used during that period.

After the 48-hour window or after credits are used, refunds are no longer available.

7. AI Credits and Usage

DecorAI operates on a credit-based system.

  • 1 credit per image design generation
  • 5 credits per home renovation video
  • 10 credits per 24fps 720p video
  • 20 credits per 60fps 1080p video

Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle.

Failed generations caused by technical issues on our end will automatically restore consumed credits.

8. User Content and Uploaded Images

You retain ownership of all uploaded content and images.

Uploaded images are processed solely to generate AI design outputs and are not used to train AI models.

We store uploads and generated outputs to help users access past generations and receive support assistance when needed.

You may request deletion of your uploaded content at any time by contacting [email protected].

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains nudity or explicit material
  • Depicts illegal activities or harmful content
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations

9. Generated Outputs and Commercial Usage

All AI-generated designs created through DecorAI include a commercial usage license with every subscription plan.

Generated outputs may be used for personal projects, client presentations, real estate listings, marketing materials, and commercial work.

Users retain rights to use designs generated during their active subscription period even after cancellation.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Reverse-engineer or extract underlying AI models
  • Scrape or automate access beyond normal use
  • Resell access to the Service itself
  • Generate prohibited or harmful content
  • Disrupt the integrity or security of the Service
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account

11. Intellectual Property

DecorAI, its branding, software, designs, and related materials are the intellectual property of Creefty LLC.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership or rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI outputs, or suitability for any particular purpose.

AI-generated outputs are creative suggestions only and should not replace professional architectural, engineering, or construction advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creefty LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DecorAI during the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
