# DecorAI DecorAI turns a photo of a real space into a photorealistic redesign in about 30 seconds. Upload one picture of a room, a house exterior or a garden, pick a style, and see the same space with new finishes. The walls, windows and proportions stay where they are. It is made for people who want to see a change before paying for it: homeowners planning a renovation, renters working within a fixed layout, interior designers showing options to a client, and real estate agents staging a listing. ## How it works 1. Upload a photo of the space, or start from an empty room. 2. Choose a style preset, set the details yourself in Pro mode, or describe the look in plain words. 3. Generate in about 30 seconds, compare versions side by side, and download at 4K. No measurements, no floor plans, no CAD software, and no design experience. ## What you can change - Cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, wall colors and finishes - Furniture, lighting, appliances and decor - Add or remove objects, or clear the room entirely and start again - Paint over one area with the Magic Edit Brush and describe what should replace it - Change the lighting direction and time of day with AI Relight - Extend the frame to show more of the space than the original photo captured - Turn a hand sketch into a photorealistic render ## What it covers 20 tools across 135 space types and 175 design styles: 43 residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms, plus 11 outdoor spaces covering gardens, backyards, patios and house exteriors. Around 40M+ designs have been generated to date. Those counts are preset categories, not limits on what you can make. Upload a room and DecorAI keeps the existing walls, windows and proportions while changing finishes, furniture and lighting. They will not move a wall or reposition plumbing. Layout work is handled by separate tools rather than the photo redesign: AI 3D Room Planner plans a room in 3D, and AI Floor Plan to 3D converts an existing floor plan into a 3D model. DecorAI does not produce measured construction drawings, a materials list or a renovation cost estimate. It shows the look, not the budget. It is also not free forever.
